A Huddle has leader/leaders and 4-10 other people. While this sounds similar to a small group, it is quite a different experience. The huddle group is designed to help Effort build a discipling culture and make disciples in ways that small groups, Sunday school and accountability groups do not. The focus is on discipleship, leadership, community and mission.
Currently, as a community we meet Sunday morning and possibly in a small group. Yet for most of us it is very hard to move beyond fellowship. It just doesn't come naturally, we feel ill-prepared to come up with something different and effective. We know we are supposed to reach the lost, help the poor and serve others, but do not know where to begin.
Join a huddle group and you will learn how to live your faith the way God intended. You'll discover what it means to be a true follower by using easy to recall shapes called LifeShapes. You will find out how to apply those steps to every situation and relationship in your life.
